Doesn’t work

Can’t get it to send the authentication code. Can’t get in contact with anyone so can’t get test results. Horrible

Terrible

While a nice idea, this is a terrible service. The app could not find the doctor I was looking for. When I called customer service, I was told by a very rude customer service representative who repeatedly talked over me when I was trying to explain the problem, that “the app doesn’t work” and I need to use a computer with the chrome web browser. I would give this zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS APP IF YOU CAN
