“You have reached your usage limits”?

I paid for one year use. It worked ok for couples months then start not working with saying: “You have reached your usage limits for the current period. Please try again later” What’s my period? The full year? 😢

Really bad. stop work for me

Really bad. I paid for annual usage it stop working after a month saying I have reach the usage limit for the corrente period. Asking me to try again later for the last weeks. 😩

Great app

Great app but it is kinda stupid that you have to pay to say two things in the same thread. Answered all of my questions.

Worked, but now broken

App started out well but now I’m having an issue and can’t get it resolved. The app keep asking keeps asking to update and it does but then it loses the updated status and I’m unable to continue. This is been going on for 10 days, and haven’t received a response from tech-support yet If when the app worked correctly, I would rate it four stars. Also, if it had the ability to grab all the text at once in a chat I rate it five stars. However, due to lack of response, I can only issue a one star rating. If this gets resolved, I can update the review. This is been going on for 10 days, and haven’t received a response from tech-support yet

I asked the Robot some easy questions and it didn’t really seem to know a good answer or suggest an answer. I asked about King Charles and it answered ‘which King Charles’ instead of assuming I was speaking about the current King of England and giving an answer and confirming who I am talking about for certain - less work for the human to type. It also didn’t know todays date ? Maybe I have to pay $ first before I get accurate responses lol.
