Completely priceless!

Chatbooks enable me to share precious moments in time with elderly family, something they can go back to time and time again! Words cannot express the joy Chatbooks has enabled me to give simply through a simple bound book. The ease to create these books is ridiculous! I’m creating a book each month of my first child for at least her first year and giving one to my elderly mother and father in law.

Won’t Unsubscribe

Was great while i was using it but i stopped buying books in November but couldn’t work out how to cancel subscription, ended up deleting my account yet the money is still coming out of my bank. This needs fixing because i can’t even log in the cancel my subscription, it creates a new account

I love my photo books so much I’ve got a lot more to do and I’m going to show my sister how to do them up so she can start I just love love love them Cheryle

Photo quality is terrible

I have a professional camera which I use to take photos. The quality of the images is excellent, the photos can be blown up without any grainy or colour issues. Printed by Chatbooks, on the other hand, the quality is terrible. Photos with perfect lighting, quality and those that have been printed on photo paper with excellent outcomes are extremely grainy on the Chatbooks paper. There seem to be tiny lighting pixel issues all over the photos that exist due to image printing quality. I am not sure if Chatbooks doesn’t maintain the integrity of the images specifications when I uploaded them, or if it’s the paper (which isn’t photo paper it’s just thick paper). I am so upset that I paid for this service. I cannot believe how badly the album has turned out. They are not phone camera photos. I don’t recommend.

I’ve been using Chatbooks for years. It’s such a great App. Amazing quality and excellent Customer Service. We love looking back at our yearly books and holiday memories.

Continuous email spam

I downloaded the app and then deleted it once I realised how expensive the photo books were. Since then, in the last two hours, I have received several emails all from different email addresses advertising these photo books. I have already selected unsubscribe but because it is sent to a fake email address (not my own) it’s impossible to stop these emails. Don’t sign up whatever you do!!!

Great gifts

Chatbooks came across my feed before Christmas last year and now i use it often. Great gift option.
