Turning off my ability to ask questions

I really enjoyed the app that I PAY for, until it said it was turning off my ability to ask any questions for my health and for the app and to check back later. Seriously? I literally pay for this app. I would of given five stars, but now I will cancel my subscription and remove the app.

Doesn’t work most of the time

Never worked very well, lately app will not load at all. I paid for a year premium and can barely use the app. Messaged support help, no reply. Not worth the time or money. Save yourself a headache and just buy ChatGPT from openAi

Useless PDF tool

Genie proudly displayed a new feature touting its’ ability to summarize a PDF file. However, when I tried to direct it to the pdf file I wanted it to summarize, it said it was unable to load a file. I asked how I was supposed to get the file into the AI, it suggested I type the PDF into the Message box and then ask it to summarize all the input. I asked how having me manually input the data I wanted to summarize was an efficient use of my time. The response was it apologized. I also placed a request to estimate the net present value (NPV) of a pension that pays out for 20 years. Frankly a fairly straightforward calculation. It repeatedly said “sure, let’s calculate the value” It started the calculation and froze up repeatedly. I asked it to finish the calculation and it said “sure bla bla bla” and said it would take a minute. Never did run the calculation.
