The app takes forever to load conversations. When you ask questions it often comes back telling you it needs time to think and then never comes back with a response. Lately app doesn’t work at all. You type a question and nothing happens. Reported to customer services and I never heard back apart from a receipt saying they have received your feedback.
Fantastic app when it works but after a few days it no longer does what it’s supposed to do! I’d give it 5 stars if it worked properly.
Love it but I still have the bug of speech bubble being stuck and telling me it’s typing sometimes. Would report directly but not sure where to. Love it though as still the best I can find
