Well, what kind of project planning team roll out a new app while it only works in London but not the rest of the country? Went to the store to get a drink only realising that scanning it doesn’t do me any good as they don’t have a record of my loyalty point yet. A bit of a disappointment and not recommend for user outside London.

It is a great app but I can only use it in store because the Leicester branch is not one of the stores featured to order ahead and to get discounts using the app! Please put Leicester on!
