I have bad experience and loose my money around 1k for booking via this app Fake agency of IATA. Don’t book via this app no take any responsibility by this CF app..! 😡😡

PLS DO NOT USE THIS APP. After making payment, No ticket info found, and discrepancy payment: actual charged amount is higher than indicated mount. What the hell? No responds from “feedback” either.

Redirect me to a ticket agency Bravofly, very bad service, have to wait 96 hours to issue ticket, you can check this company, many scam case have been reported by customers, I strongly suspect if my money will be refund or not.

Horrible experience, unresponsive service hotline system!! Horrible experience with Gotogate, first I do not receive my eTicket issued from them after confirmation of the payment till I call them up to get the eTicket to be send to my email address. Bad website system, making you search for quite a while to look for their contact hotline number. Hotline forever unreachable. 2nd, missed our flight home due to the reschedule of the airline and the information do not reach to us where we were in the mid of our holiday. Having difficulty to get through the hotline to rearrange flight home, promised to reissued the next flight ticket without any charges ended not happening. Tried making multiple calls again not getting through at all. Ended we have due with the airline by ourselves and spend extra cost to rearrange our flight ticket home. Once touch down to our home country we were warned by the cell phone service centre that our cell phone charge gotten extremely high due to the multiple overseas call to that particular hotline number. Please do not book your ticket through this particular agent (GOTOGATE)!!!!

Cheap flight is one very good program! It can tell you cheapest tickets or hotels in a short time! It is so useful! I like it!

Scenario 1 : for that particular date I bought a ticket flight to Bangkok, and as a frequent flyer I have filters to see only either Cathay pacific, singapore airlines or Thai airways international ONLY. After I purchased the tickets, it was STATED on confirmation as “Scoot” !! No offence to scoot or any other Budget airline but I have never thought of Budget airlines as the savings is like only a few bucks and comfort level is not what I expect all up in the air. I contacts customer service they said ok they will cancel it and to make a new booking so I did. They said they will refund after 5 working days after cancellation and it was January 31st. Today is February 11th. So I did contact again after 5 working days they said please wait for 2-4 more days. And TODAY IS THE 6TH FALSE PROMISING DATE FROM CHEAP FLIGHTS FOR SECOND TIME. Therefore I remind each and everyone of you to be AWARE of this apps, first it cheats with cheap tickets vendors and make it their price and say they r are lowest, they could be the lowest yes but it’s only becoz it doesn’t tally with what you may have purchased or there shall be unreliable resources such as flights they may get cancelled. it’s not cheap flights, I renamed them as CHEAT flights on my phone to avoid for further transactions.
