Just tells me to come back latter… what a welcome to the new world

Can’t even get my trip in

Spent ages entering all my trip codes etc only to get to the end and be told I didn’t have a trip… so I sent an email.. great, sounds easy. I get an email back saying your reservation is now added and a big blue button saying view your trip.. whoo hooo . Except it takes you nowhere but an advert. So I went back to the app…. Where I’m asked to add a trip!!!! I think I’ve wasted enough of my time with this.

Worst update of all time

Latest update - crashes , needed reinstall. Info available and functionality awful - likely to Now uninstall unless urgent changes are made. I’d give zero stars if it were an option.

App has been ruined by the “digital assistant”

This app is now frustratingly complicated to use because it forces you to do everything via an unnecessary chat bot.

A nightmare

The worst app since they put on a digital assistant!

Cannot find my trip in this app

All my trips disappeared including previous trips. Cannot access other tabs from home page

No longer recommend.

I used to recommend this app to everyone but now it relies on a digital assistant, it is awful.

Useless & doesn’t show flight updates

App didn’t recognise booking reference so had to enter flights manually - when airline changed departure time of flight the app did not display the updated times. Sent a support query and developer never responded. Completely useless!

Completely useless

The old app wasn’t particularly useful but since the ‘upgrade’ to the virtual assistant (a dumb robot capable of doing about a couple of things) all it can do is display flight details. How is that different from the airline app or website? I’ve used check my trip to find out things like the operating airline PNR, which I can no longer do. The app has zero utility other than perhaps consolidating trips, for which there are much better services.

New version has broken this app

Please revert to the previous version. The forced chatbot interface is infuriating and it doesn’t even work. I haven’t been able to add a single trip successfully since the update.
