Handling thousands of passengers everyday can’t help the commuters with a good app.

It shows that money has been debited from my account but the ticket was not confirmed due to funds not received by the cmrl. Many times I experienced this and my money is not refunded back.

UI is crappy, server fails to buy tickets.

JUST GIVE ONE TEXT BOX , I CAN ENTER ANY UPI ID I NEEDED OR PROVIDE E WALLET OPTION FOR GOD SAKE Govt failure shows here , why 10 different UPI options if it doesn’t open the respective app , instead it just filled the upi extension and not smart enough to trim if you copy paste the extension

Please try to understand the user experience. Every option is placed in wrong spot of the phone screen and it spoils the journey. Please get the app reviewed by UX experts and fix it.

There are good companies who can design the app better! Its such a shame that CMRL app is ine of the worst on app store. - My first recharge failed. - App crashes evey now and then. - Crappy User Interface. - Unable to read the status of recharge. Dull yellow font color on a white background?? Is this a school project?

There is no way to contact support or ticket issuer doesn’t know how to resolve this

qr ticket system works good, need to improve the UI of the app and provide more features and informations etc
