I cannot properly reverse my video without it going offline/ malfunction. Camera is always going offline even though it is connected to our fast and stable internet. Once the camera is offline, you cannot browse your video history. TRASH

For a CCTV camera app you are lack of this feature. Please kindly put a fast forward feature in the playback, so that it would be easy to playback/rewind the footages at the end of the day. Yun lang naman ang kulang niyo na feature kaya sana lagyan niyo na

I just had a new smartwatch. There is no option for the smartwatch when connecting the device. I was only able to connect since it happened to automatically detect the device, otherwise i have no way of connecting the device to the app. There is no option to update the date and time in the smart watch, and i had to reconnect whenever i restart the app since it prompt me to turn on bluetooth when my bluetooth has been turned on the whole time. I ended up disconnecting and reconnecting the device to remove the prompt. So in short i wasted money on a useless device.

The icon for the video door bell is nowhere to be found. Having trouble connecting our device either manually or via auto scan. The device does not also appear even i am trying for the autoscan. Kindly fix this

App loads fast but lacking support for ipad

App doest support speaking and talking end to end spontaneously, we still need to press the button to take turns in the phone

WIFI password reset , cannot add CCTV Cherry device .

Nice app, clean interface, but the Cherry Home Skill cannot be found in the Alexa app list of Skills. Is there something I forgot to do?
