People quit and abandon the game and we would wait for the time to end to get to the next game. There should be a way to know if the players are no longer in app.

Okay, honestly, I’m not that good of a chess player. This is a very good way to help those terrible players have a go at one of the world’s most mind - tickling games.
I’m winning yet lost by timeout during the game by the network
I found out that every time during the game, I moved a piece already and waiting for the opponent to move, until such time that I lost by timeout. I checked my network at full assesment using speed test and others and there is no problem. What’s happening?
Request for Review of Unfair Account Bans
I am disappointed after my third account was banned despite following your rules. I worked hard to reach a 2000 rating in just days, only to lose my progress without clear explanation. Please review your banning system and investigate my case fairly. Honest players like me should not face such issues due to potential errors. I hope for a resolution so I can enjoy the game again.
