Not easy to return
Never ordering anything else from this website. My first time experience is horrible. I tried to return items and it took me 10 days. They don’t give up. Every time I got response from costumer service they keep offering me 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and finally 50% discounts. And finally I got address For return. I paid for return shipping. Basically got ripped off. The items are poor quality. For 1-2 time wearing only. Now I probably have to wait FOREVER to get my refund. Not impressed at all. SHEIN is 100 times better compared to Chicme!
