Buyer beware
Make sure you are purchasing the correct bike... manual vs ebike. They all look like e bikes until you try to ride it. App looses connection often and you aren’t able to contact anyone at the help center.

WASTE OF TIME!
It’s amazing how this app DOESN’T work. Constantly crashes, can’t adjust settings, support tab always gives you an error. Why did they even bother to make this? Just to piss people off. Absolutely with out a doubt the worst most non-functional app I’ve ever used in my life. I would give it 0 or even negative stars if I could. Don’t even bother trying to download this. Total crap!

Do not download. It’ll charge you automatically .99 when you chose to “hide the ads”. Do not download.

App keeps crashing, meanwhile my partner is riding around in circles laughing at me. Thanks 👎🏾👎🏾

When I try to unlock a bike it just says “We apologize, something went wrong. Please try again.”
Lacks disclosure of fee for AD free option
BEWARE...App doesn’t disclose a service fee will be charged until AFTER selecting disabling the feature. Maze of invalid processes or urls exists when attempting to contact Apple or vendor support requesting assistance.
