Account Balance
The app is not allowing me to see any account info including my balance.
For Mobile Deposit Only
Mobile Deposit of checks is not working
Check deposit broken
Mobile check deposit is broken in iOS 16. I’m using a iPhone 13 Pro and iOS 16.0.
Credit union
Has good member services and convenient locations and hours. On the downside, it’s very inconvenient that they’re not open anymore on Saturday. If you ask the employees if it’s gonna open on Saturday again, they don’t know. Thinking about going back to my regular bank. At least be open to 12 on Saturday for god sakes.
Buggy and inefficient
Poorly put together. To verify your information, it offers a text or call option. Except the text option is always completely blacked out making “call me” the only choice. I have never once gotten the confirmation phone call. I made sure to accept calls from unknown numbers, deleted and re-installed the app and still nothing. Disappointing.
Options
If possible add the option to have automatic pays

Very outdated app and not user friendly.i can’t even see what’s being typed right now on the app.
