Dark mode could be useful, or different color themes
The app is great and the new update streamlines a lot of features. But a dark mode is still very much needed.
Chief Mobile has absolutely changed our fire department for the better. From tracking responders getting to the station to integrating scheduling and all in between for the price is unbelievable. We will continue to support Chief Mobile and the community will continue to receive better response times from us because of their tech.
The best alerting app out there. Some great customer service from the sales team.
Our department uses all of the chief technologies platforms daily. As one of the busiest fire departments in the region it is the best of its kind and I highly recommend it to any public safety agency.
This app greatly improved our fire department responses by giving us the information we need right in one area in the app. We can see which members are responding, detailed mapping feature with directions, send messages easily to ant member, and alerts when our tones go off. Definitely recommend to any EMS or fire agency.
Love using the Chief App. This allows me to quick view the call, address, and even locate hydrants. This app has allowed our department to function smoothly with Chief Scheduling. Everyone Fire Department should have this app!
Running iOS 12.4 and when entering responder status, the app will not allow for entering of any time in the future. It has pop-up message stating that we cannot entering anything greater that 10 or 12 hours in the future. Well it won’t enter any future time let alone 10 or 12 hours in the future. Very frustrating. Any chance of investigating this issue and work on a fix? NREMTP650
The current version has what can only be a big. I can’t see why it would be this way intentionally. When setting notifications, there is no “save” functionality or button. When you set an alert for a particular unit and then close the setting screen utilizing the “x,” your preferences aren’t saved. They can only be saved by setting them, and then clicking on another function. So, set a “channel alert,” close the screen—nothing saves. Set a “channel alert,” then click on “my schedule,” then back to “channel alert—“ it saves...
