LINC gives Chili’s Team Members instant access to job-related training, communications, broadcast videos and much more! The LINC app also enables leaders to view their team’s performance on modules and other learning activities.
To access LINC, Chili’s Team Members must have a valid HotSchedules username and password.
A Wi-Fi connection is strongly recommended to avoid using cellular data.
For assistance with anything related to LINC, please email LINC Support ([email protected]).
NOTE: Download and usage of the LINC app is entirely optional. If you prefer not to install/use it on your personal device, ask your leader about the option of accessing the LINC app from your restaurant’s designated training iPad.

I dont like it. Every time my phone turns off or I leave the screen, it restarts the module 😡. Awful app👹👺

Worst app
This app has given me so much trouble. I’ll be watching a video and if you accidentally leave or don’t touch the screen it will make you restart the part you were on. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. 0/10 !
Made simple
Not sure why so many bad reviews. This app makes everything easy and accessible! LINC is connected to BrinkerNation so like I said everything is right there.
Terrible App
Rarely works. Half the modules don’t load or when they do load they freeze up so you can’t answer them.

Horrible app been stuck in the same module for 5 hours in total and I’m not even half way
Sound
The sound loaded once and I never heard sound from any of the modules again (other than the one time)

I can’t log in with my info. Basura. No me ayuda
Don't bother downloading the app, go online
You can do your modules through schoox.com, login with your hotschedules info. This app takes forever to load modules and doesn't always accurately record completion. I have had to watch a few modules three or four times for the app to show my progress as complete. I understand that Chili's has hired a third party to make the app so they don't have to maintain it themselves, but they should find a better, more reliable tech company.
