Poor functionality
The app crashes on every 3rd or 4th use, showing an infinite loading wheel instead of the actual video. Also the only way to switch wifi networks is to completely uninstall and reinstall the camera, which usually takes 2-3 tries.
App crashes within an hour every time.
Such a waste. I would love to ask for a refund for my camera at this point bc what is it good for if the app doesn’t work? I don’t understand why it won’t work consistently on any of the iPhones in our family.

App just decided to not work and load at all so now I can’t check on my baby on the phone
Camera Alerted me!
I got a notification for movement while I was doing homework in the living room ñ. When I looked at the camera the blanket was covering my baby’s face and immediately I got up to adjust her blankets away from her face. I’m very grateful for this feature to notify any little movement. Thank you it’s worth it 100%.
app dpesnt work
app keeps closing every time i go to put in the code that was sent to my email. so i never get to log in. this is really frustrating.
Update Pop Up
I Received A Pop Up On My Screen About An Update To 2.0.30 But When I Go To Update air It Doesn’t Give Me The Option To Update. It Only Tells Me To Open The App Again . I Cant Get Rid Of The Pop Up And I Can’t Do Anything Else On The App . Please Fix This Problem .
Delayed
Very slow and delayed. Have even thought about getting a new Camera.
Slow loading
Very slow loading the live footage to watch. Takes forever to be able to see.
App keeps spinning
Takes forever to view livestream and doesn’t show all recordings for the day which is part of free app
