The app’s tracking feature is decent, but not very trustworthy. Other than that, there aren’t really any things about it that make it deserve a good rating. There’s no way to switch to miles, it’s incredibly glitchy, and very outdated and not up to the standards it should be.

They mixed up miles and kilometers and the pace graph is based on minutes having 100 seconds

This app needs to track distance by miles in addition to kilometers. Lots of Americans run this race.

my husband and i are trying to get this downloaded and ready for his race 1.5 weeks away. every single time we log in, it gives us an error. how can i trust that this will track him correctly on race day?? boston marathon app was amazing compared to this. i guess we will just use his garmin share.

The app is poorly designed and not very friendly. Most importantly it did not provide real time updates and alerts on runners. Chicago needs to use the same apps as other Marathons (like Marine Corps). I realize TCS is a sponsor, but this is a prime example of the poor quality you get from them.

Worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Not a single button on the entire app did anything. I got over 20 attempts with the same result: “cannot connect to server. Try again later. “ No tracking, no nothing. Couldn’t enter a bib number. I should’ve expected nothing less from anything associated with Chicago, the rectum of central USA.

No way for runners to truly claim a profile, defaults to kilometers with no way to convert to miles, live tracking not very functional, no way for trackers to share real-time messages with runners, and no (easy) way for runners to access messages sent. And it wasn't even released until 3 days before the race. Expected much more from the official app for a world major
