SUPERVISOR - POOR MANNERS & ATTITUDE
Upon handling my luggage at the Bag Drop counter i suffered a cut on my finger and was offered a tissue by the counter staff which I appreciate and she has no plaster and referred me to the information counter. My finger was bleeding. At the CI information counter, I was assisted by a man who I was later told he was the supervisor. He was not help helpful, rude and informed me that he does not have ( conversation in mandarin). He then told me to go to the Airport Information counter across from where he is. I had a bad experience with this supervisor who was ill mannered and rude - “ I do not have “. This is poor guest services by any standard. I bring to light this encounter in the hope that I will have a better service experience when I do fly CI again Thank you Chen
