Needs a lot of improvement

App is almost always down!!! Can’t really rely on anything mobile in the Philippines

This APP is the worst.

This app is the worst. To log in even if you have correct details, it’ll say oops something. It’s so hard to use and not user friendly at all. I anticipate with much dread and frustration every time I have to log in.

Not working

Couldn’t login in the app. It just stopped working.

The app does not work

After typing in the login details and tapping on the login, a pop up that says “Oops” comes up. Tapping on OK under the “Oops” brings you back to the login.
