Crappy app
Downloaded the app to create/start an account then sasabihin visit the nearest branch, waste of time!
Not convenient at all
I downloaded the app hoping I could open a savings account in an instant without going to the bank. But after so many attempts, it didn’t work out. It says “You may still open an account by visiting the China Bank branch nearest you”. So what’s the purpose of this app? I struggle to input my details in here ‘cause the app sometimes crash and needs to retake and re-input my details. And the result is “I STILL NEED TO GO TO THE PHYSICAL BANK” 🤯
Useless App
Even with several attempts, it will prompt - “not eligible to open an account” without explanations. So useless. Doesn't even deserve a star.

Keeps crashing! this app got all my data, id, photo, signature then will not proceed with my application and told me i am not eligible to apply 😂😂😂 Be careful with this app especially with your data and info.
USELESS
For you to have access to your credit card you need to open a savings account first. Was advised by a customer service rep to use China Bank Start App. Once OTP is validated an error pops up saying NOT ELIGIBLE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. What a trash app! Such a hassle since you need to visit a branch to open up an account instead, which means you need to do it on weekdays, which is an inconvenience specially to people working on weekdays!

So many bugs
I was already at the end creating username and password then got error and the crashed. When i try to create it says “Unfortunately, you are not eligible to open an account.”
Worst app to exist
After closing and retrying application due to app error, I am now ineligble to open an account. This app needs to be scrapped
Useless, unfortunately
Please don’t greenlight this app if it can’t even accept any password for people to create new accounts :) Developers, do a better job
