Will update review if it is fixed. I downloaded traditional Chinese and selected the Cantonese options in settings. But there is no way to save setting. Only back or ‘share feedback’

This app essentially helps anyone learning chinese read real web pages from the news or otherwise. I’m not aware of any other app doing it
