This is perhaps the best Chinese chess app for the iPhone. For sure, it allows you to save games for review. Another valuable tool is its provision for setting up positions. Also nice is it’s multiple skill levels.
This I have to admit is the best Chinese Chess game ever. I still have not beaten the top level twice. It does improve my defensive moves against my friends. The game gives me hour of entertainment. Yes, I would recommend this game to anyone.
Can't play multiple player!!!
Good game. Can you tell the app to sleep when there is a predefined period of inactivity (maybe an option). Few times I had forgot to close and the app keeps in active state Nd wastes precious battery juice. Thanks.
Good. I especially like the Problem feature. However, I like to play as black on some of the problems; I'm not convinced that Red move first and win some of these.
great apps
very good app
It's very good!
Few recommended changes below will make the game play better. 1)Red always moves first – I see there is an option for “You move first”, and if off is checked, when the AI moves first his chess pieces should be red not black. This is a standard rule of the game and should be changed immediately! (would have rated this game 4 stars if you guys had this right!) 2)When playing against AI, there should be an in game option to disable/enable AI at any time to allow user to play both sides/roles. 3)When using posture option, it would be easier to use if users could touch and drag pieces directly from the bottom of the screen on to the chess board, vs. how it is now. Overall game is easy to use and fun.
