Chipolo

Today I got the email about double clicking on tag and that it will indicate the phone. I double clicked the one on my key ring several times and my ph didn’t ring. I’d like this double click ph option, do I have to buy another to get it? Also, where do I buy spare batteries to keep on hand? Thankyou

I ordered two of the chipolo ones and a chipolo card and they’ve worked great. When I contacted support about an issue with my chipolo card they quickly responded, are sending me a free replacement and even gave me a discount code for my next order. And the shipping is amazing checking my emails from my last order they arrived in only a week even though I live in rural New Zealand when most online purchases take weeks or even months to get here.

Keeps disconnecting despite being set to always on. If you try to send a diagnostic report they try to collect personal information. A waste of time and creepy too.

I've been using a chipolo plus for 8 months and found it an excellent product. Unfortunately the battery died prematurely so I contacted Chipolo on a Saturday afternoon in New Zealand. Within minutes the representative had acknowledged the problem and offered a free replacement. Six days later the new chipolo arrived in my rural NZ mailbox after having been dispatched from Slovenia. That is about the best support and service I have ever experienced as a customer. Well done Chipolo.

A beautifully designed, product created by an exceptional group of people. As a person who is meticulously organised but really busy, losing my keys and my wallet etc is not an option. Chipolo is simple to use and hasn't failed me yet. Their support team has an available chat to speak to them 24/7 anywhere in the world so if you do have any issue they will sort it out immediately. I have had one flat battery on my Chipolo plus and they organised for it to be picked up from my home address at no extra charge to me, as well as sending me a new one. They were also very thorough with their tracking systems etc. Their customer service is consistently over and above my expectations and their product is not only the cheapest but the best quality and far exceeds all the other Bluetooth trackers on the market. You won't regret your decision. Buy one!
