I have given up on this app. The ratings for workouts are so very inaccurate that the entire app is useless. After many weeks of inaccurate ratings, the final straw was giving a 8.8 on a 3 hour bike ride where I got multiple PRs… by itself, you could argue I didn’t enough or conclave done more. However, yesterday was a rest day and just did some walking but got…. 9.3 I give up on this app. Great idea/concept but very poorly executed.
I’m writing this review in hopes that I can get somebody to contact me. I have downloaded the app and paid for the subscription, but my app does not look anything like the screens shown in the App Store I’m trying to figure out why and I also would like some help in using the app. I am not receiving any responses and when I click on help, it says the IP address no longer exist
Can't even set up as it won't get past connecting to Apple Heath.
Can’t get past the intro page? Looking for this kind of product. Let me know when you fix the app so new users can join?
There’s metrics, but there’s not enough insight in what they mean or how to improve them for this app to be particularly useful to me.
Paid for premium after trial. Tracking is inaccurate. Interface is buggy. This app just doesn’t work.
As soon as the free week was up the app started to have problems for me. Tracked my sleep fine all free week but the past couple nights sleeping it said I didn’t wear my watch to track anything even though I did. The food diary is also not even close to being accurate.
Can’t get past the first three info screens as of 10/31/23. Looks like the dev team is publishing weekly bug fixes since the app overhaul in early October, but the big issue of not being able to set up as a new user remains unaddressed.
I have tried several times to “sign up” but it will not let me. It just cycles through the intro pages.
