I hope you just stop the compulsory of using this app

App is too outdated and a lot of bugs. Bad user experience flow. Felt unnecessary to download it because a lot of things can be replaced by Whatsapp and google calendar, but customers are force to download to check in their clinic. Can’t even reschedule from the app. Please the app is terrible. Stop asking us to use this already.
