Changed the limit on gift cards you can redeem on promotion. Now maximum is only for where you used to get as many as you could get during promotion. Now looking for other hotel chain to start using Not happy about the new limit!
Stayed at hotel with negotiated rate because my central air broke and it was going it take a few days to fix it. After one night if I needed to extend the stay the rate was supposed to be honored for additional 7 nights. Different person was at desk. Guy wanted to charge me ridiculous rate for Friday Saturday and then honor the rate for Monday through Friday. The rate was higher than the rate on Orbitz. Plus I use a camera detector and the vent was too high but there may be a camera in the bathroom vent in Room 209. The initial woman I dealt with was a much better business person because some money is better than no money.
I would love to use this app, but it won’t let me login because I don’t know my username and it will not accept my email address because it doesn’t have the typical “.com” or similar domain for the address. I would love for the programmers to allow other domains like mine so that I could figure out how to login. I have called Support multiple times and all they want to do is reset my password. That is not the problem, the problem is that the app will not accept an unconventional email address. Feel free to contact me if you’d like more information.
Mr Patel, Hey, this is Brooke Sellers. Me and my husband were in there the other day and you helped us tremendously with our situation we had with the $441.41 I believe and I’m trying to give a good review to you, but I can’t find where to press review. I don’t know if you have a link or because when I go to comfort suites it does not you know I see all the reviews but when I go to write a review, it doesn’t send me but to Facebook or even when I try to create an account, I guess cause I didn’t actually get to stay, even though I wish I would have and we will be staying there from here on out because you were so wonderful and helpful and went out of your way. We cannot tell you how much we appreciate you and I don’t know that many people would’ve done that so if you could please email me back and let me know how to get you a good review. I just don’t want people to know what a great general manager you are. Thank you so much for your help and please get back with me at your earliest convenience , thank you again Brooke and Todd
App does not gracefully handle login issues. Please fix.
Roasches rooms not clean properly barely get your linen junkies maintenance workers room to room it’s a lot goes on false advertising the hotel choice privilege.com doesn’t help you can purchase points for two days and go through the third time it want but they say 24hrs but if it goes through two days straight and the third day with the same debit card there shouldn’t be a problem but it is sad and they want fix it you have to go pay and wait 72 hrs instead of 24 everything is false advertising and the state let them get away if a 100 people or more write a petition on these places of business cause the people who check these reviews turn blind eye too corruption things it’s sad people are homeless that are trying to get houses then you over charge for poor service sad sad
Choice hotels are definitely great hotels to stay at. Choice customer service is great as well. The annoying & irritating part is the promotions part of choice customer service. You get transferred to a pushy, & aggressive TIME SHARE agency. The hook is 200 additional Choice points for listening to there proposal. By the time you finally get off the phone, you are annoyed. 😒 I’m considering deleting my App.
When staying at this hotel I always feel staff and staff is very accommodating
I use Google maps to find Choice hotels, then use the app to book
