I personally think you should have more choices. No matter what you do everything is the same basically. You always have to be the band leader, and the singer.
You should be able to join a band and not have to be the singer. Have more then one choice of the band members you hire.
When I went threw it the first time I wanted there to be duo lead guitarists (Me and a npc), a singer/ Rhythm guitarist, Bassist, Drummer, and a keyboardist.
When I did it again I wanted to be the drummer but not also a singer.
I also would have wanted to be more of a Glam/Hair metal band but well that didn’t work.
My point is that this story needs more choices.
Good Bones But....
I hope someone tries writing this type of story again, because it had the potential to be really good. It was just too short, with too few endings and things to work with.
Middling quality
If you’re looking for a choice of games story and haven’t played this one yet, it’s not bad. There are far better stories out there to start with though. I’d pick it up when it’s on sale.
It's good, but not worth the price
The story was nice enough but I feel like for 2.99 I've gotten much better stories from COG. They definitely need to drop the price on this one.
Lacks length and depth
Too short, not enough detail, and the choices are all kind of boring. Nothing seems to have much of an effect. It was interesting enough to play through once but I won't bother repeating it. Definitely not worth the money.
No choice
Choice of games Is wonderful because of the interactivity and the decisions. However, this was a short story not an interactive game. It was a short linear story that was able to be completed in less than an hour without any replay value.
All the new free ones are lies
These games used to be bad but at least they were free
Good Game
I really enjoyed this game but was disappointed that it didn't keep going. It was to short and I hope that in a future update more content can be added because it was really good!
Not Worth It
Like another reviewer, I purchased the game after the first three chapters' trial, thinking it would last me a while before moving on to another game. Not the case. Took maybe 30 minutes. Of course I can play again, but I'm not sure that I want to.
Flawed, but enjoyable.
I though this choice game was fun and well written overall. The story starts strong but the sense of pacing starts to get out of whack towards the middle of the story and it felt like I was being fast-forwarded through the story. Many of the stats didn't seem to matter, and they changed erratically. My rockstar only had one night of partying and that pushed him surprisingly deep into bad boy territory for example. Still, besides some nit picks, it's a fun choice game.
