I bought a 1 year premium subscription January 22nd, just expired the other day… Last i checked there was more than 8 months in a year… there is a customer support link, but there is no way to contact support. Thanks Chordify…

I bought the premium plan for unlimited access and playing and the app still treats my account as if it’s a free account only limited to 3 songs per day, then when I go to support they take days at a time to reply and the responses are short 1 sentence responses when I send them a paragraph with pics included and it seems their support staff knows little to nothing I personally won’t be back to this app
The app functions great for me, but my biggest complaint is the lack of dark mode. It's an app on a mobile device that has an illuminated display with a solid white background, so when using this app in a setting that isn't in a brightly sun lit room, it basically turns the phone into a spot light. The contrast makes the glare difficult to read on the screen if you're quickly looking back and forth at your hands on the instrument. And dimming the display makes it difficult to read the small note details. If even just an option to change the color scheme so a person could set the background to dark gray or whatever. Since I purchased a year subscription and am stuck with this app for now, I just screen shot notes and edit the image how I prefer, which completely eliminates the scroll function that this app provides. I won't be renewing since I can just find the same info online somewhere else, and will just live without the auto scroll.
I enjoy using this app, it helps me to learn songs faster. The chords are closely accurate to the songs. This is a great all around app, I have used this app for several years and I am very happy with it. I would recommend using this app and give it a five star rating!
Chordify has helped me very much in my keyboard playing since then never stopped using it . The chord of any song I want to play is made easier by this program . Thanks to the Chordify team .
You have to pay for everything now and you only get three free songs, hate it.
I know how to play many songs, and have learned many of those with Chordify. Sometimes. in a jam session, or just playing around, I forget the names of the song, our just exactly how it goes. With Chordify I can carry the songs on the app in my phone in a set list for quick reference. My only suggestion would be that the set list have the ability to list the song by title rather than artist.
How is it there is no possible way for this app to display lyrics. It says it leverages AI to gather chords but seems odd this has not even translated to lyrics
Used to love this app, now it is polluted with ads and there’s a limit to how many songs a person can play a day. Think of that. I’m glad this isn’t the only way I can access chords for music. Imagine a world where you can only play three songs a day.
