Paid for premium membership and the quick connections never work. There is always a un-godly wait time before you can access pics again. Really?!? I have to wait 6 hours or so to see who might be a match or not? And you charge me a premium rate when I cannot even use it to surf guys available. I wrote their support about this and have not heard back.

Very disappointed with Hzone app. You have to wait for a clock to count down (sometimes up to 6 hours) to see profiles (most aren’t even complete). A lot of profile don’t have pictures which is understandable, but frustrating. I don’t recommend this app.

This application has so much potential, the issue is the application is terrible. The messaging center disappears, never know if you got any messages, the dates in your messages are never correct, notifications come haphazardly, and its upsetting if you are tying to meet someone and then do not know if they got your message or replied back. The final issue is there is no contact to get help and you pay for this? It really upsetting!

I hoped the app had gotten better over time. It hasn’t. Location capabilities are limited. You can search by city, state or country, but not by mile radius. Also input data for the profile is very limited. What I’d expect for 2010 not 2020. Don’t waste your $. Try Poz.com

This is the worst most user unfriendly app ever. They’ll probably blame their inefficiencies on COVID but honestly they just take your money and consciously decide not to provide you a service. It’s downright shameful. What a waste of time.

This app only allows you to send and receive messages if you’re a paying member. The membership is expensive and the app isn’t popular enough to be worth that much. It’s nothing like other dating apps, it’s lacking significantly.

No location, app is all but dead.

It’s useless unless you pay 24 dollars a month just to text another user. I mean the basic functions and features of a dating app are hidden by a pay wall. They don’t care about people with HIV, they just want money.

What is the purpose of meeting people and u can not message them it seems pointless
