Very disappointing; this app has so much performance issue. Tried downloading the purchased bible only to see error messages. Only after 6th attempts that I managed to successfully download it. Once I started reading the Bible: the app crashed at least 5 times. May have to ask for refund of the bible that I purchased

Despite the “unkind” rating 5 yrs ago by another user, i found that this app is easy to use and easy to manage. Keep up the good work and may God bless all the team. Take care and thank you!

I cannot jump to a chapter - as I am using this for some text books this is really annoying - it will jump me to the footnote but then I have to find my way back to the page I was on and the time lag grrr; then I don't have a clue what the actual page number of what I am reading so no good for referencing. At least I can highlight on my iPad yet I can't on my main computer - why? Unfortunately as this is a text book I need to write my assessments I will struggle through but unless it improves I am finished with this app at the end of the semester and go back to heavy paper books 😟

I press on jude nothing appears then the app shuts down.Its a good bible it is quick and easy to use but needs more bugs removed

I'm am a very regular purchaser of ebooks and find that every single time I buy a new book and try to download it I get an error message saying I have reached maximum number of devices (which I have not. I only have this app on 1 iPad and 1 iPhone). It then proceeds to log me out and when I re login I have found that all my ebooks are NOT downloaded and I have to download them all again. Very frustrating and not to mention that every time I have to redownload I eat into my monthly data quote on my phone. You have a wonderful online store and service and I would like to see that same reliability reflected in your app. This app is of poor quality I'm sorry. I look forward to a much more user friendly app in the near future.

This app is one of the worst I have had the not so nice pleasure to use. I am tired of it crashing when downloading a new book. When it does crash i then have to re download every book that I have purchased through this company. Not Happy

Not a great app. The bookmark is useless because it doesnt automatically bookmark like kobo does. So if you accidently leave the app then you are automatically taken back to the last time you manually bookmarked. Inconvenience!! :(

This app is so limited, the only thing you can do with it is read. The bookmark feature has never worked for me. The only reason I use it is because one of the ebooks I bought is locked to this reader.

The app is very simple with an easy to use interface; however, I would love the ability to highlight quotes that I like from the book so I can refer back to them. It would be nice to have a real page turning effect every time you flick the page as opposed to the next page just appearing. Thanks

I downloaded two samples to try this out. I have had it for about 5 minutes and it has crashed four times. It looks like it might be great, if it worked. But each time it crashes, I have to start at the beginning. Might try from my phone (I am on ipad now). But I am glad I didn’t purchase a book yet. If it can’t handle samples, then there is no reason to buy the books
