Unclear and impossible to cancel

1. When downloading the app for the first time it’s very unclear that you don’t have to sign up to pro to be able to use it. 2 I opted for the free trial using Apple Pay but now have no way of cancelling the trial - the terms say to cancel through I tunes but I didn’t purchase through I tunes so there’s no record of it! 3. Advice on how to actually cancel this so I’m not charged would be appreciated
