Horaire bus
Depuis plusieurs semaines je ne peux voir l’horaire des bus, je doit constamment aller sur le site de la STM afin de regarder l’horaire de mon bus. C’est pas pour rien que l’application est cotée en bas de 4 étoiles.
Why
The app and the stm website should match, but they still don’t. At this point I don’t get why you can’t figure that out.
Not great
This is the second time in two months that the app takes the payement and dont recharge my card. I wonder if support will refund me because the first time they never did (160$). It took 3 weeks for support to ask me for proof and then no answer.

L’application semble corrompue elle n’offre plus le choix d’achats pour 10 billets …
Big issue
I cant recharge my card from the app, and so I gotta find transport so I can recharge my card when the reason I bought a membership was because I lack transport
Nouvelle version de l’app
Dans la nouvelle version de l’app, je n’ai plus la possibilité de choisir la zone, recharger 1 passage ou week-end illimité. Déçu
Cannot pay for the fares
As the check box is not working on my iPhone
Card Tap
The card can be inbuilt in the app so that you don’t have to carry the opus on you, once to feed it one time. Would be very helpful as opus cannot be put into iphone card list 🥸🥸🥸
