Church Center App

I have used this app for the past 3-4 years at my church. It desperately needs an overhaul ever since they merged the message threads into one message area. It also sounds like people with Android are not getting messages or notifications. The app is a bit slow to start up. Messages are harder to find. Managing multiple church memberships is annoying (have to logout and log back in to select). The interface and navigation animations could use some polishing.

Good for tracking giving and seeing schedules. Would love to see an Apple TV app so that when we want to stream messages it’s embedded in our Apple TV rather than try to mirror it, which has gotten very buggy in apples latest release.

The app needs some sort of payment confirmation for ACH transfers, but the support team has been very responsive and open to this feedback. The app seems like a great and convenient way to encourage giving and involvement in the local church.

I see notifications pop up, but once I click on it, it won’t show me. Please fix!

The Church Center app is horrid … absolutely the worst app have BUT FORCED TO USE IT BY MY CHURCH … almost enough to make me attend a different church.

I believe that the Church Center app is a wonderful tool that churches and members can use to increase involvement and highlight the importance of church membership. One improvement I believe would take this app to the next level is to modify the directory portion of the app so that you can write special notes for each member. I use the church directory as a way to pray for my church. And if there was a way for me to write the prayer requests of each person within the app alongside their contact information then it would help my organization so much. I also use it as a way to meet families or individuals I do not know in my church. So writing down which families I really know, want to get to know more, or haven’t met yet in a notes section would also be beneficial. I hope these comments lead to the improvement of the app, healthier churches, more fellowship and prayer, and God’s ultimate glory!

App stays spooling after selecting a group. Doesn’t allow messaging to be sent to a few in a group. Using iphone and ipad

The app is fine but calendar view is list style only. You can’t search event names or pick a date. It makes the calendar almost unusable for a church that inputs all service activities and special events. Fix this and I’ll fix my rating.

This app seemed great when my church first introduced it, but now it doesn’t even find my church when I try to use it.

Oh mercy. I’m so frustrated with this. I’m in Arkansas and enjoy the teachings of The Village Chapel in Tennessee and now I can’t find anything. This app is too busy. I just want to go where I’ve been going and take up where I left off.
