Unable to register. Says my email is invalid. It has “+” sign in the address, which totally RFC compliant. If try alternate email - it would later pull original one from the database and refuse to proceed from Set password screen. On that screen email field is not even editable and it says it is invalid. From their own database. Now the gym installed a reader that reads only App bar codes and not my plastic tag. I basically pay for something Incan not use

This app is terrible. It will not let me verify my account. It keeps bringing me to the App Store. Wish I could give negative stars.

The app doesn’t let you log in through the web browser when trying to make a payment im putting in the correct username and password but still says the password or username is incorrect error message and doent log in. I tried changing my password and try with the new password that I successfully changed through the app that requires your old password to change and get the same messages

What is the point of booking a reservation if they’re just going to go by first come first serve ? Booked a reservation right as it opened but got to the door a minute or so early and was informed that someone had took my spot like huh? What’s the point of reserving on the app if they’re going to let people who didn’t reserve in before the class even starts? My reservations getting cancelled before the class even starts has happened more than once as well… idk if it’s the instructors canceling or the app itself doing this but it’s pretty frustrating and a bit unfair for those fitting it into their schedule

I really like the app. It seems to be very efficient and productive. I do see that they are continuing to update it and add things as well as other functions. There is one suggestion that I have at this point in time. It would be nice to be able to have calendar integration so that when you hit notify to book a class you could add it to your calendar schedule.

This new app is annoying to use and has an ugly interface. Bring the previous developer back.

The app is normal but the buddy pass is totally garbage

App does nothing but idle. Can’t login and if I do class is already full because each click requires at least a minute of idling. Mostly, my requests time out.

This app used to be so smooth. Ever since the app has changed it’s now constantly crashes, or is just slow! Every time I try to sign up for a class, it makes me sign up all over again to only still not register me. Go back to the old app!
