Customer service is professional and quick, never had account issues unlike some in the reviews and withdrawals are 7-10 business days which can be a pain if you need it asap but better than others I hear. Wish the app had more to offer but otherwise a great way to save and invest.
Ur app cannot show my account after I log in to it with passé n message verification
I created and verified an account, which I’m able to log into on web browsers. However, when I try to log into the app, and put in the verification code sent to my phone or email, it tells me “verification error, check username or password”.
I loved wealthbar and when you bought it you promised it will be ok. Not only did your marketing strategy involved obnoxious redesign notifications, the actual UX and UI of what was done is abysmal. That's from a UX designer. The typefaces, the placements, the dollar sign at the END of the sum... I can't even.
One of the best, if not thee best apps for RRSP investment, easy-to-use intuitive dashboard & user friendly, simple and straightforward! Not very many use a clear graphic representation, but this one does.
Gens compétents et excellent service
The WealthBar Robo-advisor was chosen over all others because of the ETFs they choose and how they choose them -very sound principles. The five different ETF portfolios made it easy to choose, with the advisor’s help, the best mix for me. The advisors actually DO respond to emails in a timely manner and DO answer the question(s) AND will offer better or other suggestions. I love it that I can make an appointment for a telephone meeting for questions and advice. The mobile platform is so easy to use on my iPhone. The web based platform which I use with my MacBook is even better. I can see the progress of my investments easily. I have been a DIY investor for almost 20 years. It’s a weight off my shoulders to let WealthBar do the driving now; I can sit back and just watch.
