Face ID Login
You have updated the CIB banking app with a fresh new UI, why not update this app to at least support Face ID Login instead of inputting the password every time.
Thieves
My credit card was delivered to someone else, upon my request to STOP IT, and of course 100 pounds were deducted from my account. Just by force like the insurance. Corruption all over ‼️
Log In
The works fine however one downside is that I can’t login with Face ID after upgrading my phone while I was able to log in with Touch ID on my old phone and it’s something that you should consider adding as it eases and speeds up our experience while using your app

Never works properly and you have to deal with the worst customer service who put you on hold for more than 30 mins
