Apps always connot get in. Always had issues log in. Always in maintenance which is annoying
I have had an account with CIBC for over 30 years. I’m happy with them on points of security and, at one time gave them my mortage business. But one wish I have is to not have to pay nearly $25 in fees on a monthly basis so they can make over 7 BILLION this year alone and, in addition, take my time for advertising! Also kids, please make sign out more easily accessed ie quicker 😆. Why do you think irritating your customers is a good idea?!? I dare you to post this. But since your reviews are entirely old, I am not holding my breath. Additionally, can you do what other intelligent apps do and when I sign in flip the sign in to sign out. Why do you hide the sign out at the very bottom of an obscure page hidden in the corner🤣
Add payees doesn’t work
No Dark Mode. Not good for the eyes at night.

The app is great except for one major thing. Dark mode! I am hoping to see dark mode theme be added to the app to make it easier on the eyes. I will update my review if the feature is added
This is ridiculous. It used to be straight forward to do things on the app( a sign of an intelligently designed app), but know you have to search through disingenuous pathways to do what you want. The app is so bad right now I do things on my laptop instead. If they keep doing their idiotic updates I’ll be back to filling out slips of paper at the local branch. If it’s open.
holy moly the Ux is bad. Theres a giant Skip the Dishes ad preventing my from seeing my log in credentials and making it near impossible to log in. So i try to the website via Chrome and it keeps taking me to the movile app to sign in. But i cant sign in. Cause their priority is shoving a stupid ad in my face. A very basic principle of Ux is to never allow your ads to be an obstacle for the user to accomplish core functions. Like logging in.
Having continuous trouble the etransfer function. I am unable to add new etransfer contact and also unable to send etransfer to one time contact. Please fix the bug asap.
