Cinema Time

Kinda childish move to only share movies with direct links to your app. So if the person does not have your app he’s presented with an add. Terrible move for someone who paid for your app.

The widgets are second to none

A bit clunky but useful app. I used the television time version quite frequently for years before giving this a shot.

The trakt integration is fantastic and is worth every penny for this app. Know all the details about the movie before you open the app. The app tries to provide some info, but often can’t. Sometimes it lacks cover art, and basic info. No links provided to imdb or anything so get your info elsewhere.

Update - My review still stands - the UX design is still flawed, checking off a movie still requires opening the info page and clicking again. Original review: This app is poorly designed and is in no way similar to the tv app. It should not take three clicks to check off a movie as watched. It should not require manual filters to sort out the watch list and the to-watch list. Every time I use this I am disappointed.

Perfect addition to TV Time for connecting to my trakt library. Just seems to be missing a Check-in feature?

To import IMDb,Export it for us from the website and then go to back up to import. Be aware that it will wipe what you originally had.

I’ve had this app for a looong time and I do enjoy it. It works perfectly for tracking movies and the UI is definitely the best one I’ve seen between tracking apps. The lists are also a nice feature. However, it seems impossible to remove movies from lists. This has been super annoying cause I wanted to get rid of one movie that was in one list, but for some reason now I have it there 6 times. I can ignore this by just using a new list, but it seems like just letting us remove movies shouldn’t be a big feature request.

This is a great app & partnered with the Television Time app, it’s a great duo! I’m able to group & organize my movies & movie franchises the way I want to. If the developer & his team could someday add a video game app for us gamers to keep track of their backlog & completed games, it’ll be the trifecta & sign me up for that! Keep up the great work!
