Being charged monthly, can’t get ahold of support
Honestly, I think I’m being hustled out of $20 per month. It worked the day I bought it and that’s it. Being charged monthly, can’t get ahold of support, can’t login. Please send help if this is a real subscription.
Horrible App!
Terrible app, won’t even let me upgrade my membership! Just goes to a white screen!
What is the point of this app?
I can’t figure out its purpose. I have a loyalty card but when you click to see your digital loyalty card, nothing happens. Very disappointed.
Needs work
I’m able to buy tickets and choose seats, but app never allows me to view what rewards I’ve earned. App just freezes every time. I have to ask an employee at the theater to find out what I’ve earned
Horrible application
What kind of application does not accept credit card? Are you joking asking me for my address in one line? And then telling you that addresses is wrong! Twice I tried to pay for tickets and no success.

Can you please update the app because I have the platinum membership and it’s not allowing me to use the free movie ticket for an upcoming movie and it is really annoying that I have to go to the movie to use my free ticket and I can’t get it at my house
Horribly designed
Just frustrating to use. Inelegant design and impossible to do simple tasks like going back to the previous screen without basically starting all over. Much better off using a different app or purchasing tickets at theater.
No different than their website
This app isn’t any more convenient than purchasing tickets through their website. On top of that, even though the app shows I made a purchase, it didn’t give me any points towards their reward program after buying 3 movie tickets. There also was no option to preorder concession items through the app like was stated in the App Store. After my experience today with this app, I’ve decided to go back to Regal Cinemas because their app actually gives me my reward points when I purchase tickets through it.
Seems like there is an ”up”grade??!
Whatever was done to this app is making it harder & more frustrating than it already was! Also, doesn’t keep track of my “loyalty” points… 😟😟😟
