Apparently its the website and app. Both need to be reviewed for slow response times, lack of user friendly interface and overall experience

Too slow & add iPhoneX support & can’t login
Hi, The App is taking too long to start & please add support for iPhone X & I can’t be able to login because when I do , the app crashes. I tried again & again to login but can’t.
Very very slow
They should minimise their calls upon opening application and also embed cache so that it doesn't have to bring all the data every time you go back from seeing movie timings to home page of movies.
