No Apple Wallet for Scene card?
Not sure if the developers are trying to drive usage of the app, but very annoying to open the cineplex app when shopping to scan the card. It used to have Apple wallet support but not anymore. Also needs a security update - my login keeps getting reset due to someone trying to login. I have to reset my password every time I want to use the app.

You need to pay money for the privilege of paying them money
Garbage Movie Provider : Disney
Disney movies do not redeem on the app. Twice the app has shown the message “This is embarrassing, we can’t seem to find this page.” Not a reliable platform to purchase or redeem movies.
Not as helpful as I hoped
Love the convenience of the app to get tickets but it wouldn’t let me use more than one gift card at a time! Frustrating. And when I tried to find a way to pay the difference with the second gift card it took me out of the entire order and I had to start again. 😖
Payment not working
Don’t know what has gotten into this app. I can’t add my card nor complete a purchase online through Apple Pay. How do they expect us to buy tickets online?
Doesn’t seem to get past Select Yheater
So no movie tonight. Can’t choose a theater button doesn’t work.
Bad UI/ Bad purchase option
My partner was going out to the movies with their friends and because I had a gift card I decided to purchase their food for them, In this instance It said I needed a purchase option which I clicked for my gift card but it only said for a card. I put my info in and figured I would be able to swap but nothing. I figured if I clicked on the purchase it would maybe give me an option. Instead there was nothing and it ran the purchase and 25 dollars was gone out my account. I tried asking online service for help but I couldn’t get a return because they already took it which is fair but still rather annoying. I’m never going to go to cineplex yet alone use this app again for this high inconvenience. As a broke college student every dollar matters to me and I hate the fact that I can’t even use my gift card online let alone a confirm purchase after the first button. My disappointment is immeasurable and my night is ruined
