This app does not even work , unable to even login. When promoted to update , it does not even updates

This app is not working WTf keeps on saying update

Don’t download this app.! It’s useless , it doesn’t work. Home connect as a service provider is useless, their customer care team don’t even know their job! They ask you why is so and so like this !!! Find other alternatives don’t waste your money and energy!

what an awful app. nothing on it works. just a waste of time and space. you’re better off using the web browser to manage your account

App always says tap to update but there’s no update. Can’t log in 😒

I have found that this app mostly does not work. One can log a ticket, but one cannot access any feedback or the history of tickets logged. However, if you use an web browser to login one can access the services.

App does not work, useless

You can’t even use the app because every time you try to login it says “tap yo update” that time you want to log a ticket.

I see that 2 years ago if updating the app it just keeps looping and asking you to update the app. And since then they have done nothing to fix this??? I have the same issue.

App forces you to choose packages even though you an package already 🤬
