Circle Parental Controls App

My family uses this for our household and at first it was great. Then this last year (2024) we have been having issues with the timers not working. Then I got a new phone because my old one had shattered and was fixable. I downloaded this app to login and add my phone and to try to fix some of the setting issues with the timings and allowance for my kids/teens and now it just doesn’t allow me to login no matter what I do. So everything is locked down and none of us can access anything we need for schooling, or just entertainment because I cannot get on to add time for my kids or allow youtube or whatever else is needed. Definitely switching companies. Also there is no customer service to call to get help with the login and email has been sent and no reply. Not worth it.

i hate this because it is stupid and the vpn on phone can be easily bypassed. yes i know no one will see this but i dont care.

When there are more than a few devices on a given profile, the app becomes extremely slow. For example, apple devices can use privacy mode and thus create a new device each time they change their id. Deleting those old ones takes 30 seconds to a minute per device.

It works for what its for but when you try to send time rewards it doesn't work that well and it doesn't send and also it resets every like 6 minutes but it works fine

I have attempted for over 2 weeks to cancel my current subscription. I have reached out 4 times & the only response I receive is that my request has been sent to Order Management. No one ever contacts me back after this. Be cautious signing up for a subscription that you may not be able to easily end

I’m 17 I understand my parents want to make sure we’re staying away from corn and I respect that but the Circle messes up your WYFY it’s very frustrating but the concept of the app is good

I just uploaded this great app to mine and my daughters phone - it worked great until she deleted it and now I can’t add back the devices because the QR code to re-add the devices cannot be found after several hours of trying and also chatting online with their stupid chat bot. Nightmare!!! Some one please help me. Also there’s no email address for support so now I’m deleting the app and going to try to get a refund.

This app is so stupid never download it unless your kids want you to leave them in a retirement home.

My mom put this on my phone that injury got and I can’t do anything! She also can do many invasive things for me and it is really weird and creepy. I hate this app and I hope it burns in heck.
