Doesn’t Work Correctly

I downloaded this because I have a lot of bot followers that I wanted to identify and block. Unfortunately the app didn’t work properly. It analyzed my account and found 0 such bots. I restarted it and it found 300 - I blocked 100 of them and then it only found 65. I restarted it and it found 1200, many of which were not bots. I have no faith in the results and cancelled immediately. I paid $35.99 for one month of an app I used for 1 day before realizing it didn’t work. I want a refund.

Horrible

First of all You people have a website with links that are simply a picture which means you cannot click them. I found that out when I wanted to contact support. Your app showed all my existing followers and still suggested I follow them. You have glitches all throughout your app. One in particular is that I know who my high value followers are. I have many. You missed quite a few. 40 bucks a month is not a problem. But you are failing miserably. I would like you to refund me. As You failed your promise. Good try though. I don’t expect I will get that back because you have a fraud website. With links that do not work. But maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised. Also, your little preview windows that pop up when clicking something like (egghead) runs off in sentence with no way to know what you’re saying . That is elementary. You want the user to see what you’re saying not end mid sentence and be met with ……… are you goofy? Send my money back. If you do not refund my money. I will blast this with bad reviews from many different accounts. I’m not joking. This is horrible.

Rip Off

I bought this app to do a specific feature it says it does yet it does not do. Because of that I emailed them and asked for a refund. They said it was my fault. It was not my fault. I disputed the charge with my bank and they would not give me a refund. I had zero use for the appl EXCEPT for the feature it does not do. Don’t use them.

Doesn’t detect the bots

Bought the 1 month Pro subscription to detect and clean all the bots in my followers. It detected 5, when there are hundreds of bots to purge. Cannot find a place to enquire about a better bot-checking feature, nor to request a refund. Canceled the auto-renewal.

Slower than molasses in winter

Tweet delete used to storm thru hundreds of tweets in minutes. This only does 480 a day!! At a premium price. Ridiculous. I think they’re trying to milk their customers in a big way.

Evaluating this app, I will write a full review later

Right off the bat I’m noticing that even though some major actions are supposed to be for paid accounts, that absolutely Nothing is working right now, but what I’m going to do is maybe allow the app to cache whatever data it needs to get going. Maybe I will give it the benefit of the doubt as of right now I will update this later (2-3 hrs)…..

Doesn’t Work

This company seems like it was abandoned recently. It doesn’t work. Manage your account manually or hire a human to do it for you.
