Data frequently lost connection 100% no connection at Orchard Mrt station
I Ann over charged. How to check ?
A little frustrating on some of the features and the fact that we have to go to support to cancel an order, however the support is very high quality and reliable and makes up for the apps shortcomings. I even asked for a help on a weekend and they replied quite fast!
Activating add ons doesn’t work at all. No any errors as well and spinning forever. Really frustrating and poor performance
My circle life plan was $19 per month and circle life charge me $70 out of the blue . Scammer beware of circle life
I was recently mistakenly charged S$15 for data roaming in China, even though I was on holiday in Moscow, Russia (where Circles.Lies doesn’t provide data roaming). I had ensured that the “Data Roaming” setting (under “Mobile Service”) was switched off in my iPhone settings for my Singaporean number, and I was using mobile data from my Russian eSIM number during this holiday. Probably, the China data roaming for my Singaporean pSIM number got accidentally activated (due to a bug?) when I first started using my Russian mobile data upon touchdown in a Moscow airport. I informed Circles.Lies about this wrongful charge recently upon returning from my holiday, only for their “customer happiness expert” to give the lazy reply that the charge was a valid charge, and hence irreversible; and that I should deactivate data roaming in their Circles.Lies app. (This is such a lazy reply because obviously my iPhone settings should take precedence over the equivalent settings in their trash app.) How was it a valid charge when I was in a country (Russia) that Circles.Lies does not support in its data-roaming list of countries? If I wanted data roaming in China, I would have bought the S$8 package in their trash app—not this weird S$15 charge for China data-roaming that I didn’t use while in Russia. This wrongful charge of S$15 was even greater in amount than my recent monthly phone bill of S$13. ONCE AGAIN 👉🏻 The data roaming settings in iPhone (under “Mobile Service”) should take precedence over whatever data-roaming settings may be present in Circles.Lies’s trash app. My automatically activated China data-roaming while I was in Russia was very likely a bug from this trash company’s end of things. Claiming that this wrongful charge is valid and irreversible despite my detailed explanation of what happened is hardly a fitting course of action for “customer happiness experts”. These fraudsters obviously don’t intend to refund me S$15 for the wrongful charge I have described above, so I am currently switching to another telco: giga!
Intuitive app
Adds services without your consent and then charges ludicrous amounts. Have been trying to port out but is keep rejecting the port out.
Used to be a big fan. But recently they introduce a feature called secure me which restrict you when you want to port out. You are forced to call their hotline and they make you wait for ages while their waiting sound track tried to “convince” you not to port out. Imaging hearing that non stop while they make you wait. What’s the point of SingPass authentication and facial scan if they are going to force you to call them. Please do not use circles. It’s not worth going through the pain.
