Massive headache

Don’t waste your time. Get a paper map & schedule instead. This piece of garbage keeps insisting that the username and password field are blank - regardless of what’s typed in. I missed the keynote and several sessions while experts spent 3 hours trying to get this app functioning …uninstall/reinstall, 4 new accounts, and several devices - still nothing. Very disappointing that an app designed to help people participate actually prevents them from doing that.

Crashes incessantly on iPhone X with iOS 12.1.2

Both on iPhone XR and iPad Pro 9.7”

I have downloaded the current version of the App as Cisco Live Melbourne starts tomorrow but the app crashes every time I open it. Frustrating 😫

The app is an essential tool to navigate event, glad I used it. Especially since this was my first visit to Cisco Live. Needs iPhone X support as a matter of priority. Should be faster and more responsive. Submitting feedback to presenters caused the app to quit on multiple occasions. Refinements to navigation within the app would greatly improve the experience.

The app looks nice and the features I believe would be very useful. However there is a large event in 4 weeks and the data is not available (the only reason I installed it) - Cisco Live Melbourne Please update the schedule ASAP to make this app useful to attendees of the conference

Great app, extremely helpful while attending Cisco Live. Some features do not work however such as being added to a given session team space for many of us.

The most recent update says CiscoLive Las Vegas 2024! However, it is not showing up!

Downloaded both the latest iOS and android versions and nothing displays. Can’t login, can’t find Live in Las Vegas. Have to figure out another way to see my schedule.
