App is just glorified shortcuts to web pages. Accidentally typed in wrong email address to login andnnow its cached so every time I try a link it consistently fails with login errors. Delete and install doesn't fix it either.
App crashes upon immediate opening?? Not usable..was working before app was updated...
Can you not search a case by case number? And I know I have open cases with HTTS but somehow they don’t show.

Constant message indicating the App is undergoing maintenance and will not allow login.
I like some of the tools In this app but I always get your session have expired message even when I'm in the middle of using the app very annoying.
App allows you to keep on top of reported issues in customer network and is invaluable in support function - the latest alert capability for sounds and notifications are great!
Love the way this app lets me know when there are support cases opened on key infrastructure. Automatically alerts to security advisories and end of life.
