Description
The Readhttps://appstoreconnect.apple.com/loginer application is intended for Tatra banka clients who have activated the Internet bankingTB service and serves to generate codes for logging in, activating or authorizing transactions in Tatra banka's electronic channels.
The reader is equivalent to the standard Card and Reader authorization and authentication tool, and is equally secure.
The reader can be activated
- Directly in the application - using facial biometrics. For activation, you need PID - personal identification number, a valid Slovak ID card, an SMS code sent during activation to your profile phone number, and a scan of your face.
- In person at the branch
- By phone
During activation, the Reader prompts the user to set a login password, the expiration time of which depends on its complexity, and to set a fingerprint for more convenient login.
The Reader requires an Internet connection for activation and updating. Subsequently, it can also be used offline.
Complete information as well as the terms of use of the Reader can be found at www.tatrabanka.sk.
The current version of the Reader application is available for devices with the iOS 14 and higher operating system.

Zle prepojenie s mobil bankingom
Mam v mobile appku Tatrabanky (mobil banking) aj appku Citacka. Ak appka pre Mobil banking vyhodnoti, ze treba extra verifikaciu platby a kliknete na potvrdenie cez appku Citacky, budete musiet znova zadavat heslo pre appku Citacka, hoci pri samostatnom pouziti Citacky mate heslo automaticky ulozene alebo mate rozoznavanie tvare. Pri tejto extra verifikacii to, zial, nefunguje a treba sa hrabat v heslach. Inak platba nezbehne.

Otravna duplicitna aplikacia s nulovym vyznamom. Posledna kvapka je ked si menite telefon, tak vam ju ani nevedia aktivovat.
Horrible app don’t trust Tatra with my money after seeing it
Nothing works, buttons freeze and don’t let me proceed. Can’t make an important payment because of it. The Tatra chat person only told me to go visit them in person to resolve the issue, unprofessional people.
Nerozumiem
Nerozumiem, prečo taký komplikovaný system čítačka - aplikácia. Rozumiem, že bezpečnosť na prvom mieste, ale myslím, že sami sa zauzlujete … niečo ste síce už zjednodušili, ale stále je to komplikovane a keď k niečomu dôjde, aj tak mi stiahne peniaze bez toho, aby som potvrdil či odobril danú transakciu.
Hanba siroko daleko
Tato aplikacia, ako aj banking TB, su absolutny odpad. Otravne, nepouzitelne, “akoze bezepcne”.

Pri poslednom kroku biometrie vyhodí neznámu chybu pri skenovaní a zas musí človek generovať nový kód z fyzickej čítačky a robiť všetko od začiatku.
