Extremely limited functionality. Unable to show all accounts. Often fails to boot up properly. I use the regular Citi app instead. Terrible
Please undo this. I have no idea how to track my money. This is not progress.
I literally cannot deposit checks and thus am forced to maintain a JP Morgan account just to handle my day to day cash needs. Otherwise, app is clunky and generally unwieldy and shockingly poor quality coming from a F50 bank.
Not user friendly, poor service, nothing high end about it.
I was “upgraded” to the Privatebank and next thing I know everything is a downgraded experience. This app is terrible. They told me that it would integrate my business and personal accounts and it does not do that. I cannot even do mobile deposits without some sort of machine where I used to be able to simply use the camera on my phone just like other banking apps. When you present the problem to the people at the Private Bank, they have no idea how to address my banking experience. Absolutely dysfunctional.
You’d think for an app that is supposed to be providing “premium” service, Citi’s app would be better. But it’s absolute garbage. It’s buggy and doesn’t work.
Come on Citi, you can do better than this. Even the regular retail bank is miles ahead. Time to catch up. Look at Schwab for inspiration. Thanks.
The performance has improved drastically and recent updates to financials sections are a welcome change.
"Needs work" would be an improvement
